Dr. Vipul Situt, the founder of Adwait Nursing Home, completed medical graduation in 1986 from the prestigious G. S. Medical College and K. E. M. Hospital, Mumbai, and later did orthopedic post-graduation (M. S. Ortho) from the same institution in 1989. Later he completed D. Ortho and MCPS (Ortho) courses as well. Subsequently, he continued in the same hospital as a Lecturer for a year. He was heading the Department of Orthopedics at Siddharth Municipal General Hospital, Goregaon. Currently, he is also heading the Orthopedics department at M. W. Desai Municipal Hospital, Malad.

In his over three decades of experience, he has treated more than 10,000 patients and was involved in research work in the field of orthopedics. He specializes in Complex trauma surgeries and hip and knee joint replacement surgeries. He also has a keen interest in pediatric injuries and sports injuries of knee & shoulder.
